Role Overview

The AI / Python Developer will work with team to build, test, and deploy AI/ML components used in drug discovery and healthcare intelligence platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing AI/ML models and data pipelines

• Work with Python-based ML frameworks

• Support data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation

• Help integrate models into APIs and backend systems

• Participate in debugging and performance optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields

• Strong Python fundamentals

• Understanding of ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow – any)

• Understanding of NLP or data analysis preferred

• Willingness to learn cloud platforms and MLOps concepts
